Nine by Nine Golf LTD – Callaway Elyte Driver Monthly Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Callaway Elyte Driver Monthly Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Nine by Nine Golf LTD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM GMT on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on the last day of the same month (the “Entry Period”). Only entries submitted during this period are valid for that month’s draw. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to modify or cancel future giveaway periods at its discretion.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

  • Sign up for the Nine by Nine Golf email newsletter via the website popup during the Entry Period.

Additional Entry Conditions:

  • Only one (1) entry per person per month is allowed. Multiple sign-ups using different email addresses by the same person may result in disqualification.
  • Entries are only valid for the specific Entry Period in which they are submitted. Participants must enter again in subsequent months to be eligible for future giveaways.
  • Existing email subscribers are automatically entered into each month’s giveaway.
  • Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.
  • Each participant is eligible to win the Giveaway only once per 12-month period to allow fairness to all entrants.

4. Prize

Each month, one (1) winner will receive a Callaway Elyte Driver (the “Prize”). The specifications of the driver, including model, shaft, and grip, will be determined by Nine by Nine Golf LTD. The retail value of the driver is £529 RRP.

Prize Conditions:

  • The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or an alternative product.
  • The Prize is awarded as is, with no customisation options available.
  • If the advertised Prize is unavailable for any reason, Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value.
  • Nine by Nine Golf LTD covers all shipping costs within the United Kingdom. The Prize will only be shipped to a valid UK address.
  • The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties associated with the Prize.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 5 business days after the Entry Period ends.
  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided during sign-up. They must respond within 7 days to claim the Prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, declines the Prize, or is found to be ineligible, a new winner will be randomly selected.
  • The Prize will be shipped to the winner within 14 days of confirmation.

6. General Conditions & Liability Waiver

  • By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Nine by Nine Golf LTD, its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
  • Nine by Nine Golf LTD is not responsible for:
    • Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical failures or any other reason.
    • Any delays in delivery, damage to the Prize during shipping, or loss incurred if the winner provides incorrect shipping information.
    • Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the acceptance or use of the Prize.
  • Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Nine by Nine Golf LTD. Participants can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Personal data collected will be used for marketing purposes and in accordance with Nine by Nine Golf LTD’s Privacy Policy: Nine by Nine Golf Privacy Policy.
  • Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting hi@ninebyninegolf.com.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes related to the Giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
