Nine by Nine Golf LTD Black Friday Custom Fitting Studio Free Gifts Promotion: Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals who book a custom-fitting with Nine by Nine Golf LTD before 11:59 PM GMT on 02.12.24 and purchase the clubs they are fitted for during the session. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Nine by Nine Golf LTD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Participants are eligible for one gift per qualifying purchase, regardless of the number of fittings booked or purchases made during the promotional period.
2. Entry Period
The promotion begins at 12:00 AM GMT on 01.11.24 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on 02.12.24. Bookings made after this period will not be eligible for the promotion. To qualify, the custom-fitting session must be booked and completed during the promotional period, and the customer must make a qualifying purchase of the fitted clubs during the fitting.
3. How to Participate
To qualify for the free gifts, customers must:
- Book a custom fitting session with Nine by Nine Golf LTD during the promotional period.
- Purchase the golf clubs they are fitted for during the fitting session.
Free gifts are available only when clubs are purchased based on the fitting results. Customers are limited to one gift per qualifying purchase, even if multiple fittings or purchases are made. Gifts are subject to availability and are only available while stocks last.
4. Gift Details
Eligible customers will receive the following gifts based on the type of fitting and purchase made:
- Driver, Wood, Hybrid, Long Iron & Wedge Fitting: Receive 1 dozen premium golf balls.
- Iron Fitting: Receive a golf bag.
- Woods (Driver & Fairway) Fitting: Receive a golf bag and 1 dozen premium golf balls.
- Full Bag Fitting: Receive 1 dozen golf balls, a golf bag, and an accessory pack with your full bag purchase.
Gifts will be provided only after full payment for the custom-fitted clubs and upon the successful delivery of the purchased clubs. Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to substitute the advertised gifts with items of equal or greater value if necessary. Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
This is a promotional campaign for gifts with purchase; no winner selection process applies. All participating customers who meet the qualification requirements will receive their respective gifts. There is no need for additional entry or notification.
6. General Conditions
By participating in the promotion, customers agree to release and hold harmless Nine by Nine Golf LTD, its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the gifts.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party golf club manufacturers or brands. Nine by Nine Golf LTD’s liability in relation to the promotion is limited to the value of the gifts provided. The company will not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with Nine by Nine Golf LTD’s privacy policy, which is compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for gift fulfillment.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
9. Modification and Termination
Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if the promotion cannot be conducted as planned, or if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Nine by Nine Golf's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
Any changes to the promotion will be communicated to participants via email or displayed on the Nine by Nine Golf website. Modifications will apply prospectively and will not affect participants who have already made bookings and purchases under the promotion before the change.
