Overview
We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If something isn’t right, we’ll resolve it quickly and fairly, in line with UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging included.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or receiving proof that it has been sent.
Custom-Built & Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are built to order or assembled to your specification.
Items that are made to your specification or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right.
This includes custom-built golf clubs and any product assembled or adjusted to your requested specification.
Orders of this nature cannot be cancelled or returned once build has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Within 30 days of delivery, you have the right to reject the item and receive a full refund.
After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement where possible. If this is not successful, you may be entitled to a refund.
This applies to all products, including custom builds.
Returns Process

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until received by us.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If the full order is returned within the 14-day cancellation period, standard delivery costs will be refunded. Any upgraded delivery options are non-refundable.
We may reduce the refund if an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Condition of Returned Items
You are entitled to inspect items as you would in a shop. Items should not be used beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and function.
Built In-House
All custom clubs are assembled in-house at our workshop by a single master builder and finished to precise tolerances before dispatch. This ensures consistency and performance, and is why custom-built products are exempt from standard cancellation rights once work has begun.
