I recently went to NinebyNine golf for an iron fitting. This was a brilliant experience. Having had many sets of irons over the years with numerous fittings, NinebyNine is a different level. The choice is vast, every head you could want to try and loads of different shafts that you don’t usually have access to unless you go to a manufacturers national fitting centre.
Mark Ostrom was the fitter for the day, he was very knowledgeable, listened to how I like to play and my goals. I am currently off 6.1 and swing speed of 85mph with a 7i. After warming up, Mark checked my existing equipment and we went through the fit.
After trying numerous heads and shaft combinations, we eventually decided on an Apex Pro with a KBS TGI 110 shaft. This was a lot different from what I was playing. The shaft suggested swing speed is 95+. But due to my transition and release, this was the best combination.
So after due consideration I decided to purchase a 7 iron to check the performance gains on the fit day could be realised on the course.
The build time was project to be 10 days. I am delighted to say that they surpassed this and I received my iron on day 9. The quality of the build was fantastic, perfect.
I am lucky enough to own a skytrak system, so as soon as it arrived I unpacked it and started to hit a few shots. The results were exactly the same as the fit day. So with excitement and anticipation I ventured onto my own course. Yet again the results were as I hoped, long and straight. I…

I am purchasing from outside of the UK, what happens with TAX / Customs duty?
All orders show and charge TAX / Duties at checkout so there will be no additional payment required to the courier. Goods will be delivered duties paid (DDP)

I paid for Express shipping on a custom order, why hasn't it shipped next day?
Express shipping is the fastest possible shipping service, unfortunately it is not a way of getting your custom order built faster.
