Eligibility: Participation in the Titleist GT Driver Giveaway is open to individuals who sign up for our mailing list during the specified promotion period. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and to receive marketing emails and other communications from us.

Promotion Period: The promotion period for the Titleist GT Driver Giveaway is from September 2nd, 2024, to September 31st, 2024, 23:59 GMT. Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

Entry Requirement: To be eligible for entry into the Giveaway, individuals must sign up for our mailing list during the specified promotion period by providing a valid email address.

Prize: The prize for the Giveaway is one (1) Titleist GT Driver head of your choosing with a stock shaft that will be specified at the time of winning. This prize is not changeable or transferable.

Winner Selection: The winner of the Giveaway will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The winner will be chosen by October 6th, 2024, and will be contacted via the email address they provided when signing up for the mailing list.

Prize Claim: The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the designated timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Marketing Consent: By entering the Giveaway and providing your email address, you consent to receive marketing emails and other promotional communications from us. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

General Terms: All decisions related to the Titleist GT Driver giveaway, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, and prize allocation, are final and binding. We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

Terms & Conditions: Nine by Nine Golf LTD Free Studio Fit & Golf Balls Sweepstake
1. Eligibility
- The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are permanent residents of the United Kingdom at the time of entry.
- Employees of Nine by Nine Golf LTD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
- The competition begins on 13.09.24 at 09:00 AM GMT and ends on 22.09.24 at 23:59 PM GMT. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must follow Nine by Nine Golf on Facebook or Instagram and like one of the posts from either Facebook or Instagram with the following copy

You only have until 23:59 GMT on the 22nd of September to get your entries in!- Note: Sharing the post, tagging friends, or posting on personal timelines, friends' timelines, or Instagram stories will not increase your chances of winning and is not required for entry.
4. Prize
- The prize includes a custom studio fit for the winner and one friend of their choosing, plus 6 dozen Titleist Pro V1 Golf Balls for each winner (12 dozen total). Up to the RRP of £870.
- The studio fitting session must be attended at Nine by Nine Golf’s studio in Chichester, West Sussex. The winners will have the flexibility to choose a suitable date and time for the session, subject to availability.
- The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Nine by Nine Golf reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using a fair and transparent selection process. The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram within 7 days after the competition closes.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial contact, Nine by Nine Golf reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Nine by Nine Golf, Facebook, and Instagram from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge a complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any liability.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
- Any personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with Nine by Nine Golf's privacy policy, compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data. Details will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment.
8. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and recourse to the courts is hereby waived.
9. Modification and Termination
- Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if the competition cannot be conducted as planned or if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Nine by Nine Golf's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition. Any changes will be communicated to participants promptly.
