PXG’s Precision Weighting Technology in the 0311 Gen 7 Irons features a large weight at the back of the clubhead, positioned near the Center of Gravity (CG). Internal Tungsten Weighting

The PXG 0311 Gen 7 Irons utilise a 20-gram tungsten weight to strategically balance the CG in the centre of the face. This design improves forgiveness and increases Moment of Inertia (MOI), enabling golfers to hit longer, straighter shots with better consistency and accuracy.

Titanium Insert

Each PXG 0311 Gen 7 Iron features a lightweight titanium insert that helps house the Precision Weighting Technology. This innovative design redistributes weight from the centre of the clubhead to the perimeter, creating a higher MOI. This improves stability, ensuring better accuracy and greater forgiveness on off-centre hits.

Proprietary QuantumCOR Technology

PXG’s QuantumCOR technology plays a pivotal role in the 0311 Gen 7 Irons. This ultra-light internal polymer lowers the mass at the centre of the clubhead, allowing more weight to be distributed around the edges. This results in a significantly higher MOI, improving stability and forgiveness. When combined with PXG’s variable ultra-thin face technology, QuantumCOR maximizes COR to meet the USGA limit, delivering exceptional ball speed and greater distance.

PXG 0311 Gen 7 Irons feature the thinnest face in the company’s history, made from high-strength HT1770 maraging steel. At just 0.050” (~1.27mm) thick, this ultra-thin face, coupled with QuantumCOR, maximises COR, producing increased distance and forgiveness. Additionally, this design improves sound and feel, enhancing the overall golfing experience.

Power Channel Technology

PXG’s exclusive Power Channel Technology enhances shot power through a U-shaped corridor integrated into the clubface. This design improves deflection, resulting in greater ball speed and power. 5X Forged

The PXG 0311 Gen 7 Irons are individually forged five times from 8620 soft carbon steel. This meticulous process results in a dense grain composition, enhancing durability, preserving grooves, and elevating both feel and aesthetics. Milled Back Surface
