Returns Policy for Custom Fit and Personalised Orders

Custom-fit and personalised orders can only be returned if they are faulty. Nine by Nine Golf does not accept returns for custom fit or personalised orders due to changes in personal preferences. Please ensure all specifications are accurate before placing your order.

Adjustment Marks on Custom Orders

Please be advised that any custom orders where loft or lies are adjusted may have small marks on the heads from the process as this is sometimes unavoidable. These marks do not affect the performance or integrity of the clubs.

Non-UK Customers

For customers outside the UK, all tax and duties are calculated at checkout on top of the displayed ex-VAT price on the website. These taxes and duties are then paid to the courier through Nine by Nine Golf. This process aims to minimise delays during import and prevent additional charges upon package arrival.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we provide fully trackable shipping services for all orders. You will promptly receive an email containing a tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.

What happens if I miss my courier when they deliver?

If you miss the courier during a delivery attempt, they will typically leave a notification or delivery card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or collect your package from a designated pickup location, such as a local depot.
