Each KING TOUR Iron is forged through a meticulous 5-step process using 1025 carbon steel. This method produces a tighter grain structure for a softer, more consistent feel at impact. Compared to cast or less refined forging techniques, the 5-step process enhances responsiveness and gives better players the precision they need when shaping shots or attacking tight pins.

CNC-Milled Undercuts for Launch and Stability

Inside each head, CNC-milled undercuts allow Cobra to precisely reposition mass low and behind the hitting area. This lowers the centre of gravity to promote higher launch windows while maintaining excellent stability on off-centre strikes. Even when you don’t catch it perfectly, you’ll see more consistent flight and tighter dispersion. it’s forgiveness—refined for better players.

TPU Inserts and Damping Medallions

In the cavity, Cobra uses a TPU insert to fine-tune sound and vibration. Combined with an aluminium co-moulded medallion, this insert enhances feel while maintaining the solid response preferred by confident ball strikers. it’s not overly soft or muted, just clean, purposeful feedback that lets you know where the ball was struck and how it’s likely to fly.
