A forward CG provides lower spin and increased ball speed, ideal for distance, though it may reduce forgiveness. A back CG increases forgiveness and adds more spin, helping higher handicap golfers or slower swingers achieve consistent results.

Moment of Inertia (MOI): A higher MOI means less twisting of the clubhead on off-center hits, resulting in more consistent ball flights. For accuracy challenges, a driver with a high MOI helps stabilise the club through impact such as the TaylorMade Qi10 MAX, improving distance and direction even on mis-hits.
